AulaSys（アウラシス）は、企業の会議室で企画されたサービスではありません。生徒50人足らずの小さなカポエイラ教室——紙の出席カードにスタンプを押していた、ごく普通の習い事の現場から始まりました。
創設者は、自らも教室で教えるインストラクターです。デジタル化を決めて管理ツールを探し始めたとき、大きな壁にぶつかりました。帯の昇級管理・生徒用マイページ・オンラインの同意書といった本当に必要な機能の多くが、大手チェーン向けの高額プランの中に閉じ込められていたのです。しかも、生徒が安心して使える日本語対応のシステムは、当時ひとつもありませんでした。
「それなら、自分で作るしかない。」
はじめは、自分の教室の悩みを解決するためだけのシステムでした。けれど、現場の毎日に合わせて一から作り込んだこの仕組みは、自分たちだけで使うにはもったいないものに育っていました。
そこで、同じ悩みを抱える独立系のインストラクターの皆さまにも使っていただくことにしました。事務作業の時間を減らして、そのぶん生徒と向き合う時間を増やしてほしい——それがAulaSysの原点です。
「Aula（アウラ）」はポルトガル語で「クラス」、「Sys」は「システム」の意味。小さな教室にこそふさわしい道具を、納得できる価格で届ける。その想いを名前に込めました。
AulaSys didn't start in a corporate boardroom. It started in a small capoeira group of fewer than 50 students, where class attendance was still being tracked with manual punchcards.
When our founder—an instructor himself—searched for a digital upgrade, he hit a wall. Every management tool on the market locked essential features like belt progression, student portals, and waiver signing behind massive paywalls designed for large commercial franchises. Plus, none of them offered the Japanese language support his local students needed.
So, he built his own.
Initially created just to solve his own group's frustrations, it quickly became clear that the platform was too good to keep a secret. Built from the ground up to handle the real day-to-day needs of running a class, we're now sharing AulaSys with independent instructors everywhere so you can spend less time managing punchcards and more time teaching.
The name is a nod to our roots: Aula means "class" in Portuguese, and Sys stands for system. We give independent programs the premium tools they deserve, at a price that actually makes sense.
